DINKIĆ: Od septembra subvencionisani krediti izvoznicima

Ministar finansija i privrede Srbije Mlađan Dinkić izjavio je danas da će od septembra izvoznim preduzećima biti dostupni subvencionisani krediti za koje će iz budžeta biti izdvojeno oko milijardu evra.

Dinkić je posle sastanka sa izvoznicima rekao da će do kraja godine za subvencionisanje kamate na te kredite u budžetu biti obezbeđeno 300 mil EUR, a ostatak u 2013. godini.
Krediti će biti u dinarima, sa godišnjom kamatom u iznosu referentne kamatne stope Narodne banke Srbije, i u devizama sa kamatom od 3,5%.

Otplata kredita je 18 meseci, uključujući i poček od pet meseci.

Iznos subvencionisanih kredita za izvoznike će zavisiti od kategorije preduzeća, a jedini uslov će biti da korisnici ne otpuštaju zaposlene.

Maksimalni iznos kredita za mala preduzeća biće 30 miliona dinara, za srednja 200 miliona, za velika 400 milion, a za pretežne izvoznike 600 miliona dinara.

Dinkić je najavio da će od 1. oktobra biti ukinuta 104 parafiskalna nameta privredi.

On je danas najavio i da će doći do promena akciza i da će se ta vrsta oporezivanja uvesti na neke kategorije roba koje do sada nisu bile u akciznom sistemu.

Doći će do refakcija (mogućnost povraćaja) akciza na gorivo za taksi vozače, gradske prevoznike i vozače kamiona, rekao je Dinkić novinarima. On je naglasio da će biti napravljen takav akcizni sistem koji neće imati negativnog uticaja na najširi sloj građana.

Vlada ukinula fiskalne kase za zanatlije

Vlada Srbije usvojila je 23. avgusta Uredbu kojom se 35 delatnosti oslobađaju obaveze posedovanja fiskalnih kasa.

Kako se navodi u saopštenju Vlade, fiskalne kase neće morati da imaju frizeri, kozmetičari, fotografske radnje, taksisti, automehaničari, radnje za hemijsko čišćenje i pogrebne usluge.

Obaveze evidentiranja prometa preko fiskalnih kasa oslobođene su i radnje za popravke elektronskih i električnih aparata, aparata za domaćinstvo i nameštaja, taksi službe, kao i za zanatlije koje se bave građevinskom delatnošću i održavanjem objekata i okoline.
U saopštenju se ne precizira kada će početi da se primenjuje pravilo oslobađanja obaveza posedovanja fiskalnih kasa za navedene delatnosti.

Fiskalne kase za zanatlije uvedene su krajem 2003. godine.

Erste banka ponudila nove kredite za mlade

Erste banka proširila je namenu dosadašnjeg kredita za školovanje i finansiranje potreba klijenata mlađe generacije objedinila u novi „Kredit za mlade“. Osim plaćanja školarine na višim školama i fakultetima, od sada je pomoću kredita za mlade moguće platiti i kurseve, seminare, radno-studijska putovanja i druge aktivnosti vezane za stručno usavršavanje, kao i obuku za vožnju i polaganje vozačkog ispita, saopštila je danas ova banka.

Kako objašnjavaju, kredit za mlade je dinarski kredit, sa kamatnom stopom koja je nekoliko procentnih poena niža nego kod standardnog gotovinskog kredita. Maksimalan iznos kredita je 300 hiljada dinara, a rok vraćanja 36 meseci. Jedna od prednosti kredita za mlade je mogućnost uzimanja grejs perioda do 48 meseci, tokom kojih se ne otplaćuje glavnica, već samo kamata.

U trenutku podnošenja zahteva potrebno je da osoba ima manje od 30 godina kako bi mogla da koristi ovaj kredit.
