Pokrajinski sekretar, Miroslav Vasin, primio delegaciju Udruženja samostalnih zanatlija

Novi Sad, 13. 08. 2012. – U ponedeljak, sa početkom u 12 časova, u sali 23 Vlade AP Vojvodine, Miroslav Vasin, pokrajinski sekretar za privredu, zapošljavanje i ravnopravnost polova, primio je delegaciju Udruženja samostalnih zanatlija sa kojom je diskutovao o najavljenim izmenama i dopunama postojećih propisa i donošenja novih iz oblasti preduzetništva, sa ciljem postizanja ukupnog poboljšanja uslova privređivanja. ,,Pozdravio bih predstavnike Udruženja zanatlija, jer su oni udruženje koje je dugi niz godina strateški partner Vlade AP Vojvodine”, istakao je u uvodnom izlaganju pokrajinski sekretar, Miroslav Vasin.
Miroslav Vasin, pokrajinski sekretar za privredu, zapošljavanje i ravnopravnost polova, upoznao je članove Udruženja novosadskih zanatlija sa činjenicom da će program za podsticaj privrede i preduzetništva u Vojvodini ugledati svetlost dana krajem septembra tekuće godine, po okončanju konsultacija sa svim relevantnim činiocima koji svojim predlozima budu uticali na sadržaj programa. G-din Vasin je rekao da se to neće desiti pre nego što se o programu izjasni pokrajinski Socijalno-ekonomski savet, reprezentativni predstavnici Unije poslodavaca Vojvodine, sindikata i Vlada AP Vojvodine.

Plan će biti zasnovan na socijalnom dijalogu, bez kog je nemoguće zamisliti privredni ambijent, objasnio je g-din Vasin i dodao da Pokrajinski sekretarijat za privredu, zapošljavanje i ravnopravnost polova ima značajne nadležnosti. Podsetio je da će se plan sastojati dva okvirna dela, prvo, iz predloga privrednika i preduzetnika Vojvodine Vladi Srbije u donošenju novih mera i drugo, da će sadržati one mere iz nadležnosti koje u privredi ima AP Vojvodina, kako bi privrednicima pružila program plus.

Predsednik Skupštine Unije zanatlija Novog Sada, Slavko Novaković, izneo je značaj dosadašnje saradnje sa Sekretarijatom i naglasio da je izrada i usvajanje ovog plana istinska reforma zanatskog sektora. Novaković takođe smatra da Republika Srbija može mnogo da učini u zakonodavnom delu smanjivanjem prekomerne administracije koja zanatlije sputava u poslu. On je ukazao na značajan potencijal koji postoji u ovom sektoru privređivanja, a nalazi se u sivoj zoni, te se založio za formiranje fonda za razvoj preduzetništva, osnivanje zanatskih komora i donošenje zakona o zanatstvu.

U narednom periodu Vojvodina će nastojati da osmisli sopstvene subvencije privredi i zanatstvu u zavisnosti od toga kojim delom finansija bude raspolagala. Subvencionisala bi se izvozna privreda, proizvodne delatnosti od interesa za APV, kao i poslodavci koji ne otpuštaju zaposlene.

Ministar finansija i privrede Mlađan Dinkić izjavio je danas da su u toku pripreme za rebalans budžeta i istovremeno donošenje budžeta za 2013. godinu i najavio izmenu poreza na dodatu vrednost (PDV), koji će biti povećan na 20%.

Dinkić je rekao da se priprema izmena stope PDV-a koja neće biti iznad 20%, dok će na životne namirnice ostati osam odsto i dodao da će konačna odluka o povećanju stope PDV-a biti doneta kada se sagleda rashodna strana budžeta.

Ova godina je već izgubljena u smislu smanjenja budžetskog deficita, ali će u narednoj godini on biti smanjen za oko 100 milijardi dinara, izjavio je ministar finansija i privrede, na brifingu za novinare koji prate ekonomska kretanja u zemlji.

Naglašavajući da je planirano da se ne donose jednostrane mere povećanja samo nekih poreskih nameta, već i da se smanje rashodi, Dinkić je precizirao da je planirano ukidanje oko 256 parafiskalnih nameta.

– Te dve milijardi evra manjim delom su vezane za tržište kapitala, odnosno manji deo će biti zaduživanje države izdavanjem hartija od vrednosti.
